Treasurer’s Report: was placed on file by unanimous approval.

Wagon Master Report: By Sherwood Hall still need to work on the 2012 rallies need park May and December, hosts for April.

Sunshine report: Janet Runge announced the January Birthdays there were no Anniversaries. A plant was given to Janet Runge and Cerease Henning due to recent surgeries.

Old Business: The letter to Gulfstreamers International removing the Florida Sun Gators from their sponsorship was mailed on December 22nd. The new name tags have been received and will be distributed, however those badges having hanging bars are missing their pins so will be fixed for next month’s meeting.

New Business: The currently published guidelines have an error for item 7 “New member fees are $30 per couple (or $20 for single member). $10 for dues and $20 for badges, bars, and bolo ties. There is also a $20 optional fee for a gator sign which is refundable upon return of the sign.” The amounts are incorrect the correct amount for dues is $15 per RV and badges are $5 each. A motion was made to correct it to read “New member fees are $25 per couple (or $20 for single member). $10 for dues and $5 for each badge. There is also a $20 optional fee for a gator sign which is refundable upon return of the sign.” approval was unanimous. By general acclamation flowers will be purchased for the funeral of Blake Smith son of Ray and Margaret Smith from the Florida Sun Gators. Adjourned at 10:10 AM
