Campground Fee: $20 per night. Early arrivals to notify Mary Lou as she is making all reservations. (She has Pritchett’s arriving Wed; Fako, Frain, Moser, Henning, Reetz, Reetz, Glas, Totten, Ross, and Runge arriving Thur; Hall and McCall arriving Fri. Any changes, please notify Mary Lou).

5:30 p.m. Happy hour, BYOB
6:00 p.m. Dinner – Grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and chips. Bring own table service.

                  A-H bring appetizer for happy hour, I-P bring veggie/salad, R-Z bring dessert.
Board Meeting afterwards.

SATURDAY, June 12, 2010

9:00 a.m. Breakfast – breakfast casserole, fruit, OJ and coffee. Bring own table service.
General Meeting: Following breakfast.
Lunch on your own.
Afternoon games
5:30 p.m. Happy Hour, BYOB.
6:00 p.m. Dinner – Pasta and meatballs and garlic bread. Bring own table service.
                   R-Z bring appetizer for happy hour, A-Hall bring salad, Henning-P bring dessert.
Followed by games and fellowship.
